Bottle blowing machine description:
Dmk-4000 series automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step automatic bottle blowing equipment in our factory, from one to one out of eight cavities, the largest can blow 2L container, is a blowing 25 ml to 2 liters of multi-functional automatic bottle blowing equipment. It is suitable for blowing any shape of edible oil bottle, carbonated beverage bottle, mineral water bottle, cosmetic bottle and large-caliber bottle with PET plastic as raw material.
Bottle blowing machine features:
1. Advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance;
2, using infrared lamp tube heating, strong penetration, the billet rotation heat, orbit, heating uniform, fast and reliable;
3. The lamp tube, the width and the height of the heating area can be adjusted to suit the heating of the preform of different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying passage;
4, each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device, when a process failure, the program will automatically switch to the safety state;
5. Each action is driven by cylinder, without oil pump, with the advantages of no pollution and low noise;
6. Air path design divides action and blowing into three parts to meet the demand of different air pressure for bottle blowing and movement;
7, high pressure and hyperbolic arm connecting rod locking, locking force, die thickness automatic compensation and other advantages.
8. The operation methods are manual and automatic.

10. The production process is fully automated, with the advantages of saving investment, high efficiency, convenient operation, simple maintenance and safety.

Bottle blowing machine details description:
Automatic preform loader:
This part is usded for delivering preforms to blowing machine working position one by one automatically. operator doesn't need to feed preforms by manual, with this preform loader, operator only need to press button, then preforms will be delived to cap
loading part by automatic elevetor, then preforms will be arranged in line.
Preform heating:
Heating lamps are fixed in the heating tunnel, have more rows lamps for customer to control, which is suitable for various
preforms with different height. Besides, temperature of each heating lamp is controled by customer, easy to operate and adjust
according to production situation.
Bottle clamp:
After bottle is produced, empty bottle will be grapped by clamps automatically, no need people to finish it manually. Operator can use a basket or bag to collect empty bottles here. Or customer can choose connect this part to air conveyor, then empty bottes will be blowed to air conveyor, and connect to filling machine automatically, which can save labor cost.
